INDIANA FILTER SUPPLY AIR FILTER STORE

INSTRUCTIONS

This is the Indiana Filter Supply on-line air filter ordering system.

With this system, there is the capability to order your air filter needs, review the listing of filters identified for your property, review your purchase history, and arrange for payment.

The first screen that will appear is the “Filter Store Homepage” screen.

“ Filter Store Homepage” Screen. Click on the Red bar to log into the “Store”.

The first time you enter the system, the password has been set as “indianafilter” (When you have entered the system for the first time, please create your own password.)

The next screen you will see is the “My Account Dashboard”. This is the most important screen in the system as you can update your account information, look at your purchase history, view orders that are in progress, and initiate a new air filter order.

“My Order” Section

This section lists the most recent orders that have been submitted for your property.

“Account Information” Section

“ Account Information” - Be sure to click on “ Change Password” to input your own unique password.

You will see on the screen the billing and shipping addresses that have been created for your property. Please be sure this information is correct and if it needs to be changed check on “ Edit Address”.

“ My Cart”

This section identifies filters that have been recently ordered : size, quantity, price, and total value.

Filters can be ordered in three ways from the “My Account Dashboard” screen:

1.) In the upper left hand corner, there are two tabs - “Pre-Filters” and “ Final Filters”.

“Pre-Filters” – By moving the cursor to this heading, you will see the various styles of pre-filters available. When the cursor is moved to a style of “Pre- Filter”, a listing of filter sizes will appear ( Pre-Filters / Pleats / 1”,2”, and 4”).

“Final Filters” - Same instructions as “ Pre-Filters” above.

Please note that this section has filter size and style data entered for your property. By following the instructions above, youwill be able to see the various sizes and styles that have been identified for your property. Please review this information and contact the customer service representative at Indiana Filter Supply to change or add filters to this listing.

To order a filter, click on the desired Pre-Filter style and then the appropriate size ( Pre-Filter/Pleats/2”). A screen will appear that lists all the sizes of filters that have identified for your property.

To order, click on the “Add To Cart” tab.

You will then see a screen headed “My Cart”.

The filter selected will appear on this screen.

Enter the desired quantity and click on the “Add To Cart” tab.

Please note that pleated filters must be ordered in case quantities (multiples of 12).

This particular filter and the quantity entered will then appear in your shopping cart.

This process can be repeated for each filter that needs to be ordered.

2.) “My Order” Section

A second method of ordering filters is available in the section headed “My Order”.

Once a filter has been ordered for the first time, it will appear in the “My Orders” section, under the “Recent Added Item” heading.

Filters can be ordered from this section by clicking on the filter size line. You will then need to enter the desired quantity in the “My Cart” screen as described above.

3.) “Recent Orders” Section

The third method of ordering filters is available in the “Recent Order” section.

If the same package or group of filters is ordered regularly, you can click on the red “Reorder” that is associated with that specific purchase.

The previous “Shopping Cart” will appear and this screen can be used to make modifications , if necessary.
